ABOUT ME.
In acute care settings, patients often receive physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech and language therapy.
I was fortunate to receive all three for three months. But after discharge, I noticed a gap a space between therapy and what comes next. A space between typos and logos, so to speak.
I want to help fill that gap to support others in rebuilding confidence and moving forward with purpose.
That’s why I created Hooper Design Co.
A graphic design service built on clear, effective design protocols that help people stand out and get ahead of the competition.
Design has always been my passion. I started walking again, and you’ll soon see why that journey both physical and creative, led me right here.
My Story
My journey has been shaped by software, performance, resilience, and reinvention.
From the age of five, rugby played a defining role in my life. What began as a passion evolved into a career focused on strength, speed, and athletic development, underpinned by research‑led methods and a deep understanding of the why behind performance. Over time, I developed online coaching programmes designed to help people overcome barriers and achieve sustainable, long‑term results.
A life‑changing stroke altered my perspective, but not my purpose.
Today, my work is centred on supporting individuals navigating recovery, rebuilding strength, and redefining their identity after significant life events. I specialise in creating bespoke programmes that bridge the gap between physiotherapy and lifelong fitness, offering structured, supportive pathways once formal clinical care ends. Each programme is tailored to the individual, recognising that progress is personal and rarely linear.
Alongside my coaching work, I have spent the past five years developing my graphic design practice. What began as a creative outlet has grown into a portfolio rooted in clarity, resilience, and purposeful storytelling. My design work is informed by a deep understanding of human potential visually communicating strength, progress, and meaning.
I believe that to truly help others, you must first understand yourself. There will always be challenges along the way, but with a realistic, sustainable approach, lasting change is achievable.
My aim is simple: to inspire, educate, and create work that supports people for the long term, while enjoying the process along the way.
